Below you will find descriptions for 5 different excursion offerings as part of this incentive trip. Each attendee and their guest is allowed up to 2 (two) excursions in total.
You will find descriptions of each option below and can choose 2 adventures of your choice within the registration portal.
Snorkel & Sea Adventure
Swim towards the famous Land’s End arch as you pass Lover’s Beach and Sea Lion Colony. You will have a chance to swim, power-snorkel with a water scooter, stand-up paddle and kayak as you drop anchor in a spectacular clear water cove full of rays, sea turtles and tropical fish. Cabo’s premier snorkeling adventure!

Canyon Zip Lining
An unforgettable midair experience! Your expert guides will help you clip in, and off you go—sailing over cliffs and canyons more than 300 feet in the air and at 50 miles per hour across several miles of cables in the canyons of Costa Azul.

Community Outreach
Each year we partner with local charities to give back to the communities we travel to. This year, we will visit the children at Los Niños del Capitan.
Los Niños del Capitan is dedicated to helping children living in poverty in Los Cabos. They provide day-care and school in a safe and loving environment to provide the children with a social and educational foundation.
We will be celebrating these kids by bringing them lunch, cake and piñatas – a fiesta!

In-Town Shopping Trip
The quaint Downtown San Jose is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel, full of local artisan shops offering great prices and amazing crafts. This one-stop shopping trip will be sure to fulfill your list of gifts needed for those at home all in one swoop. Also visit the local, historic church and dine at a delightful local restaurant. The choice is yours!

ARRIVALS
What to do upon arrival at SJD - Los Cabos Int’l Airport:
When traveling abroad, all passengers must pass through immigration and customs.
Required Paperwork:
· Current passport
· Completed customs form*
*Customs form will be provided by the flight attendant or can be found at the entrance of the terminal
Once through immigration, passengers will pick up their luggage and proceed to customs. This procedure is quick and simple. Passengers push a button; referred to as the “traffic light.” If the traffic light is green, passengers proceed through. If the light is red, their luggage will be inspected.
After passing through customs, you will proceed to the exit that says, “Groups or Pre-Arranged Transportation.” Amstar Staff will be attired in royal blue shirts and khaki pants with a name tag for I.D. purposes. They will meet and greet you with the group name signage.
IMPORTANT: After passing customs, all passengers must proceed all the way outdoors without stopping inside the Terminals. Timeshare sales representatives within the terminals are extremely creative and persistent in their techniques and should be avoided. Once you are outside the terminal, please keep walking until you see umbrella or Pool #7 and Amstar Staff will meet and greet you.
Transfer Time (Arrivals & Departures)
Transfer time from Airport to Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Hotel is 35 minutes.
DEPARTURES
What to do upon departure:
If the group has bag pulls coordinated with the hotel, the Amstar staff will identify the area where the luggage will be staged to ensure quick and easy verification by the guests before stepping onto the vehicle.
· Before you depart the hotel, please check for your passport and Mexican tourist card (given upon arrival). Have them ready and available at the airline check-in.
· Baggage will be placed in the luggage compartment of the motor coach, van or minibus. At this time, all bags must be transferred with the participants.
· Upon arriving at the airport, guests will disembark the vehicles and identify their luggage to do their own check in at the airport.
Amstar staff members will be standing by to bid you farewell and ensure that no detail has been overlooked.
Trip Guidelines
Unfortunately, the beach at San Jose Del Cabo is not swimmable. As many of the beaches in Los Cabos have powerful undertows and unpredictable waves, entering the water can be extremely dangerous. You are welcome to enjoy from afar and lounge in the sun, play beach volleyball, or take a dip and unwind in one of the resort’s luxurious pools.
